Hotel Indigo - Williamsburg - Brooklyn By Ihg - New York

Modern hotel in a perfect location next to metro station, the services were excellent. Our room was decent sized and fashionable with a balcony. Extremely helpful staff, as it had to be. Location: the property was just next door to new Domino Park area by river, tourist attractions in Brooklyn, and good restaurants, bars and metro lines into Manhattan.

Good modern room and it's own balcony and coffee-making facilities inside. Nice beds and a clean bathroom.

Unprofessional staff!

It had comfortable location, really close to all the nice restaurants are and many areas neglected, still crumbs and other guest's remnants under the sink and the chest of drawers. There was Macri Park next to the hotel. My double room was nicely decorated with breakfast. There were tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator upon arrival😀

The location is great, just steps away from two metro lines. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the friendly staff. I recommend checking out the bar's amazing bartender.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with noise coming from the bar located on our floor. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep, as we could hear people coming in and out every night.

The room was clean and offered modern decor. We faced issues with noisy surroundings that affected our sleep quality. The friendly staff added a pleasant touch to our experience, though improvements in soundproofing would enhance overall comfort.

The location was perfect, close to the subway and surrounded by local cafes and shops. My room was comfortable and spacious.

The pool and its view were amazing! The vibe around the hotel really matched the cool Brooklyn scene, with easy access to subway, perfect for our wedding weekend.

The room I had was large, a comfy bed. I can't forget the breakfast at the hotel restaurant! Those poached eggs with wild mushrooms? I made sure to get them before I left, they were just that good. Eury the bartender? He mixed some killer drinks, made the evenings worthwhile.

It wasn't exactly cheap though, but still worth it.

Our family stayed here for a couple of nights and loved exploring the local area. We especially enjoyed visiting Luna Park, where my kids had a blast on the rides, and we had fantastic views from the amusement park over the East River.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly room furniture.

I spent 3 nights in a Standard Room. The location was perfect, easy to walk to cafes and shops and just a short distance to the subway. My room felt spacious and clean, with modern touches. The high ceilings and light fixtures really stood out. The bed was comfortable and I slept well despite some noise from the hallway. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Kiana at the bar. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed , which limited my dining options. The lobby had a great atmosphere but it felt crowded at times with guests. I had a lovely stay, but wish I could have explored the dining options more.

The staff made an excellent impression, especially Cherie, were great to assist with parking and luggage, ensuring a seamless entrance. The Standard Room boasted fine views. The mini-fridge situation was a bit frustrating-the front desk initially said it was just a cooler, but after adjustment, it functioned properly. Dining options included prime steaks, a good highlight .

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Brooklyn, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast selection could use some improvement, as it was quite basic.
